• The goal is to take young artists, specifically hip hop related, and help blow them up
• No contracts, no money. Just for funsies.
• I don't care what you sound like, I care that you have a high work ethic
• No drama
Main goal: Teach you how to "get it from the well": ie. no permission from anyone, including me. Take your career into your own hands! No one should have control over your destiny if you want it enough. Fighting pessimism is half the battle.

• Cafe cookups: Group of artists meet up, we have a "deep" work session at a cafe for a couple hours, then share
• Sample packs/VST's on request (if I can "find" them)
• How to outreach to labels, other rappers/producers for collaboration, venues
• Social media/digital marketing help
• Connecting artists to collaborate together
• If you don't want to be late, be early
• Late by more than five minutes, buy something to say sorry, and mean it (This applies to me too)
• If you're late multiple times, I'm moving on to help others
